Mark Levy: Dungeons and Dragons plays a major part of the boys lives in Stranger Things. It's what keeps the gang together in the first two seasons and also what signifies the fracturing of the group in third.

The mirroring aspect of the Upside Down brought to my mind the design of playing cards. The alternative reality being a dark, dangerous reflection of Hawkings.
I combined these two aesthetics to create this artwork showing Eleven battling a Demogorgon. All created in the style of the old 80's D&D trading cards. If you look closely you will see I also included a few Easter eggs in the "small print" around the artwork.
