Troops Incoming with 3 new artist recruits and 4 Star Wars Prints

Open the blast doors! Repeat, open the blast doors!

Blasting in through the gallery doors this week are THREE fantastic artists new to Moor-Art Gallery!

First up, we welcome Royalston aka George Grey. George was part of the fantastic online gallery show “Star Wars impressions” and we couldn’t resist turning his closeup of the iconic stormtrooper into a 24” x 12” print.

Our second piece is ‘Trippy Trooper’ by Olly Gibbs. You might not know it, but you are no stranger to Olly’s work. Previously working as an art director at Empire Magazine, Olly has designed many Empire covers. Make sure you head over to his website to see his incredible collection of Jar Jar Binks parody Star Wars movie posters. You will not regret it! After you pick up one of his ‘Trippy Trooper’ prints, of course!

And last but not least, we offer ‘Raiders’ by Michael Rice | onefouroh. Michael is undoubtedly one to watch, being a part of Tracie Ching’s mentorship programme under the wing of Orlando Arocena. His Tusken Raider piece does what all great art should and makes you do a double-take. His painterly landscape of the sand dunes of Tatooine, is a subtle piece with some fantastic details that would grace any wall, especially those who hate sand!

These prints will all be available via our homepage at 6pm UK GMT, Thursday 25 November. Unfortunately due to licensing reasons beyond our control, these prints are not available to our North American friends. We're genuinely sorry.
