USA Shipping & Duties Update
From 29 August 2025, new US Government rules will change how imported goods are processed. This applies to all companies shipping into the USA, including us at Moor-Art.
We’ve been working closely with our shipping partners to keep things running smoothly and minimise the impact for our US collectors. Moor-Art will be covering import duty so there’s no unexpected duty-based fee upon delivery to your doorstep. Here’s what that means for your orders if you’re US-based:
Existing Orders
• All current orders will still ship as planned.
• No extra costs will be passed on — Moor-Art will cover any duties and extra shipping charges.
• There might be a slight delay while the new process settles in. We expect to be shipping again early September after we've made sure th enew process is running as planned.
• If anything unexpected happens, let us know straight away and we’ll resolve it quickly.
New Orders (from 29 August)
• Checkout for US customers will show a new “Duties” line, breaking down costs.
• In most cases, duties and extra shipping costs will be absorbed into the price you pay — meaning US customers shouldn’t see a big change in the overall price of the order.
