'Sonic x McLaren Racing' Art Poster by Aracely Muñoz and Washi Print by Yui Karasuno
Papaya meets the Blue Blur as we introduce two new Sonic the Hedgehog x McLaren Racing posters at Moor-Art Gallery. Bringing together two worlds united by a love of speed, from chasing rings to chasing the chequered flag, both artworks are officially licensed in a collaboration between SEGA, McLaren and Moor-Art.
Illustrator, Aracely Muñoz brings a bold, vibrant and geometric modern take utilising icons and silhouettes from each world and melds them in a masterful composition. Presented on gorgeously textured Tintoretto Gesso paper at 18”x24” inches in a hand-numbered edition of just 250 prints.
Fan favourite artist Yui Karasuno brings her inimitable black brush sumi-e styling to add movement and fun as Sonic gets behind the wheel of a McLaren F1 car. Beautifully printed on a washi paper art paper with swirling fibres. Making each print individual to their owner. Hand-numbered in a limited edition of 250 very special prints worldwide.
Whether you’re adding a touch of papaya to your gaming space or making room for Sonic alongside your motorsport collection, both artworks are available to pre-order in limited editions at moorartgallery.com and our Sonic Collection from 6pm GMT / 2pm ET, Thursday Oct 29th.
